This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing national firm based in Watford who are currently looking for a Secretary to join their offices on a permanent basis. Candidates will ideally have a background within Finance/ Legal and experience/ knowledge with Company Secretarial/ Corporation Tax.

Client Details

The client is a specialist within the Professional Services sector who are currently looking for a Secretary to join their offices in Watford on a permanent basis. Candidates must have excellent organisational skills and ideally have experience working in a dynamic environment.

Description

  • Online filing of Tax Returns and Accounts
  • General administrative tasks
  • Scanning, filing, reception duties
  • Managing post
  • Diary and travel management
  • Typing letters, taking minutes at meetings
  • Company secretarial processing
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

Profile

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills both in person and in writing
  • Confident, able to work well within a team
  • Brilliant organisational skills, and excellent accuracy/ attention to detail
  • Background within busy, fast paced environment within professional services
  • Ideally a background within Accountancy/ Legal
  • Knowledge of Corporation Tax is beneficial
