- Online filing of Tax Returns and Accounts
- General administrative tasks
- Scanning, filing, reception duties
- Managing post
- Diary and travel management
- Typing letters, taking minutes at meetings
- Company secretarial processing
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills both in person and in writing
- Confident, able to work well within a team
- Brilliant organisational skills, and excellent accuracy/ attention to detail
- Background within busy, fast paced environment within professional services
- Ideally a background within Accountancy/ Legal
- Knowledge of Corporation Tax is beneficial
