The role is extremely generalist and hands on working as part of a HR team.
Leeds city centre location
This is a broad and generalist role reporting into the HR Manager for 6 months. The role will involve working an a highly regulated, unionsed environment making contributions to both day to day operations and strategy.
You will be involved in recruitment, talent, L&D/ training, ER and project work. You will build relationships and rapport with key stakeholders in the business to ensure that HR activity is maintained and achieved across the board.
You will contribute to working as part of a team and review and implement HR policy and process and best practice in line with legislation.

This is a 6 month FTC role working for an education organisation. Salary is up to £35,000 doe.
