Talent and Resourcing Support job in Leeds City Centre - 3 month contract

We are recruiting to a new interim job in Leeds city centre, for an impressive and growing professional services company. They have recently introduced a new Applicant Tracking System and have reviewed their recruitment policies and procedures, and as a result need some extra support in their Talent and Recruitment team. You will be using the ATS system, updating confidential applicant and recruitment information, liaising with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, as well as processing applications and screening applicants. It requires someone with an understanding of recruitment processes, strong administration and IT skills, and ideally experience of working in a HR department previously.
It would suit a recent HR or business graduate who already has some work experience, with strong clerical and admin skills, who is looking to develop their career through work experience. It is a professional services business therefore excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
This is initially expected to be a 3 month temporary job, working full time Monday to Friday in the offices in Leeds City Centre.
