Reward and Benefits Advisor - 6 month Fixed Term Contract - Leeds City Centre - 28-34k equivalent!

Your new company
A large, successful and growing international business based in Leeds City Centre is looking for an experienced Reward and Benefits Advisor to join them on a 6 month contract basis.

Your new role
Supporting the HR Business and Reward Partners, you will be involved in the roll out of a new European-wide benefits and recognition scheme. This will involve liaising with 3rd party benefits providers, administering various benefits schemes, working closely with payroll and other internal stakeholders, undertaking market analysis and reviews of various benefits schemes, and all associated administration. This is a very busy job, supporting the HR team at an exciting time as they work through the reward integration project.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a 6 month fixed term contract, and as such requires someone who can hit the ground running. Previous experience of working in a large company, as a Reward or Benefits Advisor previously would be hugely advantageous. If you have a good generalist HR background, with specialist benefits and reward experience, then we also want to hear from you. The job requires experience of salary bench-marking and having administered compensation and reward schemes before. Strong analytical skills (to perform market analysis) and excellent organisational and prioritising abilities are also required.
