A large and highly successful international business is looking to add to their HR shared services team with an experienced HR Team Leader. Managing a team of 4 HR Assistants, you will provide the wider business with an essential HR support service, managing the employee life cycle administration, HR analysis and systems administration, HR MI as well as 1st line queries and support to ER cases. They are undergoing some positive changes to their systems and processes and so you and your team will be a vital component in ensuring the people strategy and HR processes are executed efficiently and effectively. There are various projects and other internal HR teams that you could also be involved in in the future, including more generalist HR Advice, as the structure and team develops.
What you'll need to succeed
We are keen to speak with applicants from a HR shared service background, with strong systems and process skills. If you are an experienced HR Team Leader or Supervisor, this could be a great place to expand your skills and continue your career. This could also be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has operated as a Senior HR Assistant in a shared service team who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
