HR Officer£38,000 - £45,000 depending upon experience6 month FTC A great opportunity to work for a leading innovative organisation as an HR Officer. The role is to start ideally at short notice and will be on a 6 month FTC basis. This role will report into a fantastic HR Manager and initially be based remotely with some occasional travel to Stevenage. As HR Officer you will be responsible for providing professional and effective HR support for managers and staff. The main responsibilities include: Providing advice to manager on ER cases including performance managementManaging recruitment process including advising managers on hiring processes, arranging interviews and onboardingProviding advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR issues including Recruitment, Employee Relations, L&D and Employee EngagementWork with the external payroll supplier to support the payroll process including processing any changes to payrollSupport on the HR Manager with HR Projects and change management initaitves. The successful candidate will have good working knowledge of advising on the full employee life cycle and have experience of providing an HR service to fast paced client group. You should be confident and comfortable working on an interim basis and be able to start at short notice.
