Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with FTSE100 global business who are looking for a terms and conditions specialist to join their team on an interim day rate basis. The role will be based remotely with occasion travel to different UK sites as required. As the T&Cs specialist you will benchmark the existing terms and conditions across the UK business, and establish an ideal set of terms and conditions. The initial focus will be on terms and conditions for blue collar workers.

Key deliverables:

External benchmarking via data hub

Identify an ideal set of terms and conditions

Gain agreement with the UK business leaders on which terms can be standardised

Development of an agreed priority plan linked to an impact assessment

Complete an impact assessment for each T&C to enable risk to be assessed - December 2020

Implementation plan agreed for each BU /division

Key requirements:

Practical Knowledge of HR legislation

Knowledge of relevant HR policies and practices

Capable of working at both a strategic and implementation and deployment levels

Able to challenge current practice in a constructive manner.

Project management skills to see a project from creative idea through to implementation and appropriate measurement of outcomes

Ability to lead and manage staff through periods of change

Experience of working in a high volume, low margin business or an organisation with a similar management culture is required.

Experience of leading a project within a complex, unionised matrix environment

Proven experience in large transformation/change processes

Ability to demonstrate resilience in the workplace and evidence of being an influential collaborator
