Your new role
As a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will be part of a busy, In-House recruitment team, responsible for managing high volumes of recruitment, screening CV's, arranging interviews, possible conducting telephone interviews, checking right to work documents and possibly getting involved in some Zoom interviews. This role will involve home working 3-4 days per week and then 1-2 days per week in the Northamptonshire office.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an In-House Recruitment Co-ordinator or Recruitment Assistant or as an HR Administrator who has been responsible for recruitment co-ordination as part of their role. You must be able to start immediately.
