Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a manufacturing business in their search for a permanent HR Business Partner. The role will be based in Doncaster with a salary of up to £40k.

Reporting into the UK HR Manager, the role will provide a professional and expert HR service to to managers and employees across the business with a specific focus on Employee Relations, Absence Management and Employee Engagement.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·Managing Employee Relations including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
·Building relationships with key stakeholders.
·Supporting on restructures including redundancies and TUPE.
·Contribute to the ongoing development of the three year HR business plan.
·Absence management including short term/long term sickness and authorised/unauthorised leave.

We are looking for:

·CIPD Level 5 qualified.
·Experience managing the full cycle of Employee Relations cases.
·Experience working a HR generalist role in a similar sector.
·Good working level of ICT skills.
