A well respected organisation based in the Brighton area are seeking a HR & Recruitment Administrator.

Description

As HR & Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • High volume recruitment and candidate liaison
  • On boarding and recruitment compliance
  • Organising interviews and preparing interview documentation
  • Issuing offer letters and contract packs
  • General HR support

Profile

The ideal candidate has a HR and Recruitment background with good attention to detail and accuracy, communication skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Studying CIPD would also be useful.
