This is a brilliant opportunity for a capable and ambitious HR professional to make their mark and work closely with the Group HR Director continuing the development of the People proposition within this successful organisation. You will also have Head of HR responsibility for one of the large business lines driving people excellence. Key responsibilities will include TalentInvolvement in talent management processesPartnering with managers on all aspects of talent managementDevelopment initiatives and programmesFocused utilisation of the businesses LMSDiversity & InclusionDeveloping our approach on Diversity and InclusionOrganisation DesignMaintaining the Group org chartsHR support for organisation design changes, partnering with the businesses on people change programmesColleague engagement and communicationWorking alongside the IR and Communication Executive on the deployment of the Colleague Engagement survey annually across the Group, responsibility for analyzing results and working with the businesses to identify appropriate follow up actions.Playing an active role in our Delivering Value Responsibly practices e.g. governance meetings.RewardSmooth administration of the annual compensation cycle, including data analysis and collation.Submission of annual reward survey data and benchmarking.Employee RelationsDealing with any complex cases which arise.Developing the employment proposition for the UK businesses, working alongside HR and Finance colleagues. It is essential that candidates are commercially minded with a broad range of HR experience within high performance businesses. You will need to be able to operate with a high level of autonomy however keen to continually develop through exposure of working with the Group HR Director.
