Interim Change Manager

An HR Change job in a Residential Care facility in Dorking, pays up to £60K pa for 6-9 months

Your new company
A CQC regulated Residential Care facility in Dorking. Due to internal change, an Interim Business Change Manager is required for 6 to 9 months.

Your new role
Working with the Trustees, you will be responsible for developing the organisations change plan to help bring processes, systems, policies and operational standards forward and in line with modern standards.
You will look to update data management processes by analysing and recommending new people and finance data management systems, with the view to implement as part of data process changes.
You will review and update all people led policies to ensure that they are relevant and fit for purpose. You will review employee contracts, remuneration and personal data to ensure a fair and consistent approach, updating where appropriate.
You will review the process map of all back office functions, making change to ensure they are as efficient and cost effective as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
In line with the Trustees, you will review the Senior Management structure, and possibly the wider organisational structure to ensure its suitability and sustainability.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a care or similar environment (CQC regulations are key). You will have led on a new system implementation through to business as usual and have a sound understanding of current employment legislation. You will ideally have a change led background with demonstrable success. Whilst an understanding of financial processes is advantageous, it isn't essential. An HR background is crucial to the success of this change project.

What you'll get in return
£50 - £60K plus benefits.
