Your new company
You will be joining an organisation which employs circa 100 employees at present, currently the Head of HR works in a standalone capacity but as identified its time to bring on board an assistant to support
Your new role
You will work on a variety of HR tasks from recruitment, to ER casework and learning & development too. This is a people facing on site HR function so often members of staff will seek your advice on a range of HR issues. You will communicate with junior and senior employees and will deliver a professional service at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a HR function is very important to be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate you can provide HR advice to managers and employees and will ideally be level 3 CIPD qualified. My client is looking for someone who has a positive 'can do' attitude and is willing to roll up their sleeves and muck in with any given task.
