HR Business Partner - generalist HR responsibilities.
Includes a mix of operational HR and HR strategy/change.
An established and highly reputable manufacturing business in Warwickshire.
As HR Business Partner you will have responsibility for 2 sites. Supporting the Head of HR you will play a key role in the development and evolution of a commercially focused HR service for the UK, focusing on change and OD as well as driving organisational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities will include:
Employee relations including sickness absence, performance, TUPE etc.
Leading on key people and change projects.
Developing and leading a small team.
Coaching managers and directors including building leadership capability and performance.
Developing the relationship and negotiating with the Trade Union.
Working with the CEOs on cultural development initiatives.
To be considered for this role you will be a commercially astute and professional HR Business Partner used to working autonomously and with proven capability. You will have experience within a commercial business and ideally some exposure within an international/global business.
The ability to build successful relationships with a variety of stakeholders including the SLT, as well as driving change and being able to balance the 'here & now' alongside the longer term is essential.
You will be an excellent team player with proven experience in driving a high performing HR team.
Up to £55,000 per annum
