A really hands on/operational HR Manager for a growing family run business near Sevenoaks. The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded, pragmatic HR professional with the ability to roll their sleeves up and get involved. This is a hands on and busy role. Candidates must have experience with employment law and setting up new HR functions.

My client are based in Sevenoaks, and part of the leisure industry.

Description

-Manage all Employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, absences etc.

-Advise managers and directors, driving best practice at all times

-Be commercially minded and pragmatic in your approach to managing the HR function

-Manage recruitment processes

-Be a champion with employment law, and stay updated with latest legislation

-Update all policies and procedures as per legislation changes

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded, pragmatic HR professional with the ability to roll their sleeves up and get involved. This is a hands on and busy role. Candidates must have experience with employment law and setting up new HR functions.

Job Offer

-circa £40,000 basic salary

-full time role, 9-5 hours

-Annual leave allowance
