Drive digital learning into all areas of learning and development activity across the business

Engage with and implement the latest external thinking and best practice in digital learning design

Work with with senior business managers to develop and deploy digital content aligned to commercial priorities

Design and write non-technical learning materials working with functional heads and members of the wider HR team
-
Migrate the suite of L&D initiatives to a digital platform use a modular approach; this would be in conjunction with a review of the current L&D systems

Work with senior managers to identify training needs within specific teams
-
Manage the L&D content and programmes to maintain compliance with EDI goals

Support the graduate and early years recruitment and development programmes
