A fast-paced successful public sector company in Exeter are looking for a 12 month FTC Recruitment Manager.
Your new role
You will be responsible for recruiting roles in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the end to end recruitment cycle, prioritising the needs of the business as well as shortlisting and leading on interviews. You will support the implementation of the Workforce Strategy, working alongside the HR team and be creative in sourcing excellent candidates.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced in-house or agency recruiter, with excellent communication, administration and relationship building skills. You will need excellent stakeholder management skills, be a strong recruitment professional who can handle changes and can deal with high volume recruitment needs. You will need to be a team player and a CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
