Description

The role of the Talent Development Specialist in London:

  • Manage projects to define and enhance the employee experience, by developing competency models, career path guidance, mentoring resources, and skills-training offerings;
  • Develop and deliver presentations, e-learning, and workshops to communicate the Talent Development policy, practice and offerings;
  • Manage targeted requests for professional skill development - assess needs and make recommendations for training, coaching, mentoring and other development methods;
  • Create and manage data analytics and reporting on the impact of the initiatives/programs implemented, integrating data from various sources and developing presentations/formats for communicating key results, themes and trends over time;
  • Project manage additional talent development projects, as requested based on the ongoing evolution of the team and its work;
  • Overall, become a trusted advisor to various staff communities, and an Ambassador for Talent Development and HR.

Profile

What we are looking for for the Talent Development Specialist:

  • Relevant experience in L&D / Talent Development
  • Demonstrated record of designing, implementing and managing several concurrent complex projects/ programs related to Talent Management and Development within an organisation of 500 or more employees;
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills including experience designing training content and process/policy guidance and adapting it for delivery across multiple channels/platforms; and experience developing and delivering presentations, organisational communications, and summary memos;
  • Experience managing surveys and data compilation and analysis;
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to develop plans and meet deliverables on multiple concurrent projects;
  • Strong understanding of Organisational Development/Psych, Talent Analytics and Human Resources Management;
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with staff at all levels from a diverse array of backgrounds.

Job Offer

£55 - 70k + benefits depending on experience
