Your new company
We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager to join a rapidly growing Charity based in Oxford on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As HR Manager you will be fully responsible for the HR function and end to end employee life cycle. You will also work closely with the senior leadership team to help build upon and drive the organisations values and people strategy. Other duties are also going to include, reviewing and writing policies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this post you will have previous experience operating at this level within a charity or non for profit organisation. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to drive culture and values within an organisation during a period of change.
