With flexibility to work from home, you will work for the charity for 12 weeks managing their internal recruitment of head office based roles.
This is a forward thinking charity based in Chesterfield who are looking to hire an internal recruiter for 12 weeks. The role will be working from home, but you will need the flexibility to get into the office where needed.
This position is reporting into the HR Manager and will solely focus on recruiting head office white collar based positions nationally and across northern Ireland.
The role is to manage internal stakeholder relationships; to understand their requirements and their needs, to advertise roles and attract the best talent, to manage candidates through the recruitment process and to arrange interviews through to offer.
You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for job take on to offer and manage initial compliance and right to work checks before passing over to HR.
You will manage around 20 roles at any time comprising of head office based positions.
