A high potential health tech start-up company in London has a newly created vacancy for a Senior HR Manager. The business itself is PE backed with global ambitions supported by their ground-breaking technology. Reporting to co-founders, this role will proactively support, enable and facilitate the activities of the R&D, operations, commercial and support teams to deliver their objectives. This includes measuring, quantifying and nurturing team culture, employee wellness and career progression. You'll also take the lead on organisational design, developing key company values, and designing and monitoring employee engagement and talent retention schemes.
The successful candidate will have HR management experience within a fast growing, PE backed start-up in the "scale-up" phase of growth.You'll have experience working with scientists in multidisciplinary teams, and have a quantitative, data driven approach to decision making. Experience in organisational psychology would be an advantage.
