My client is looking to hire a Recruitment Business Partner to join the charity on a permanent full time basis in Chesterfield.

Description

This is both an operational and strategic position working for a charity in Chesterfield. Your role will be stand alone and you will be responsible for national recruitment and northern Ireland. You will manage end to end recruitment of all head office based roles.

You role will encompass every aspect of the recruitment cycle from role take on, advertisement of roles, sourcing of the best talent on the market for the role, selection of candidates, interviews and offer management. You will provide a first class service to candidates and internal stakeholders.

You will also have involvement with recruitment and talent strategy working closely with stakeholders and HR to determine the best recruitment strategy for the charity. You will refine processes/ policies and design and embed new processes/policy. You will talent map, pipeline and forecast whilst looking at the best talent attraction and sourcing methods on the market for the roles.

Strong white collar recruitment experience

Flexibility to be based in Chesterfield whilst travelling to their London HO where required
