An Excellent Interim Regional HR Advisor-ER Advisor- 3 Month Interim position, within a well-known, prestigious international brand based in Milton Keynes.

Your new role
As an HR Advisor-ER Advisor (3 Month Interim) you will be part of a busy HR team responsible for providing HR advice and guidance on all disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, paternity and flexible working issues, delivering training on HR best practice and providing advice from start to finish. This role is a home based role with regional travel at least 2-3 times a week, covering as far as Kent and Surrey.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have extensive experience as an ER Advisor or HR Advisor, with a wealth of ER experience managing complex cases and high volumes of ER. You must have your own car and clean driving licence and be happy to travel at least 2-3 days per week. You must be available with no more than 1 weeks notice.
