Industrial being the initial sector of growth for the business, this remains a strong and well valued area within the overall revenue generated annually.
In 2017 an acquisition was made within a 500M+ business to further expand and give the financial security to develop.

To manage the existing industrial team of 4.
A high performing team of 2 coordinators and 1 admin, with an additional sales consultant to be brought into the branch under your management.
Be deeply involved with clients / teams in supporting and filling vacancies.
A hands-on role with true team spirit.
Client relationship management, team management and new bizz sales.
Take on a strong performing team to the next level.
£35,000 - (depending on experience)
£3,600 – car allowance
Team override bonus

Industrial recruitment experience is essential.
Previous managerial experience would be ideal, however a senior consultant looking to step up will also be considered.
A hands-on person with solid time management, driven and ambitious.
Excellent organisational, communication and admin skills
