HR, Payroll & Benefits Specialist - £50-55K - 6 Month FTC

My client is a leading financial services business with a reputation of excellence for not only its employees but clients alike.

Currently they are in pursuit of a HR, Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join them on a 6 month FTC to oversee their payroll in a sole capacity.

To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -

have processed payroll end to end in a sole capacity

have worked within financial services

pride themselves on an excellent and high level of customer service

enjoy working in a collaborative, small team and have strong communication skills

be pro-active and detail orientated

take ownership of the payroll function

have been involved in taking on systems analyst functions and supporting the HR team with associated systems

have also had to oversee reporting and analytics within their remit
