As a HR advisor in this global Financial Services company, you will be looking after several aspects of HR. From employee relations to Payroll, you will be working closely and reporting into the HR Business Partner.

- Supporting the HRBP from beginning to end on a range of HR matters including disciplinary, grievances, absence management, flexible working, reorganisation and capability/performance management.
- Take ownership for the performance management cycle including probation and appraisals.
-Manage and maintain accurate records
-Support recruitment processes
The successful candidate will be degree level educated and will have at least 1-2 year of HR related experience for a Financial Services company. The candidate must be polished, driven and hardworking. They will also ideally have a CIPD qualification.
