I am exclusively partnering a high growth tech & digital client in the appointment of a Talent Manager. This individual will manage at talent acquisition and development areas of the People offering for a UK and Ireland client group.

Description

This is a role focused on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Development.

As the Talent Manager, you will be a trusted, commercially-minded advisor and partner - ultimately responsible for the development and management of resourcing activities within the business, and coordinating and deploying talent development frameworks.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to define what 'good looks like', engage with the best talent in the market, create a candidate-centric recruitment journey, and help define how people are enabled to become the best at what they do.

As the Talent Manager you will:

  • Manage full end-to-end recruitment life-cycle
  • Develop and maintain relevant talent pools
  • Analyse and develop a value-add Employee Value Proposition
  • Analyse and develop and a candidate focused journey
  • Be an ambassador of a process and experience that hones in on Diversity & Inclusion
  • Manage the new starter and induction process
  • Manage agency recruitment partner relationships
  • Manage the new starter and induction process
  • Coordinate and deploy talent development frameworks
  • Support in other HR related areas

Profile

To succeed within this Talent Manager role you will have:

  • Experience of recruiting technology, digital, sales and support / corporate function roles
  • Experience of developing a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Experience of developing a value-add Employee Value Proposition
  • Experience of managing agency partner (PSL) relationships
  • Experience of resource and succession planning
  • Experience of coordinating and deploying talent development frameworks

You will ideally have proven experience from within a high growth tech business, or have proven experience within a customer-centric business model.

Job Offer

This role will pay £45,000 to £50,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
