Role: Head of People Industry: Technology Location: Central London Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + performance based bonus My client are an award-winning Technology business who are looking for a Head of People to join their London office. You will be responsible for leading the HR strategy, reporting directly into the CEO and managing a HR Administrator. As a business that grows through acquisitions, they require someone with experience in mergers and acquisitions, who can help bring cultures and businesses together. With plenty of policies and processes in place, as Head of People you will lead the new HR strategy and be happy in a hands on role. As a consultative tech business, they aren't just about the product. They have teams who go out and consult clients to find out what they need so they can deliver them with the best products. You must be able to coach managers and create a positive culture in their growing business. Key responsibilities include;Supporting a full employee lifecycleBuilding a training academyManaging performance reviewsAligning company benefitsBuild a communications strategy internally across the business You must have the ability and desire to work in a demanding and at times, challenging environment.
