Page Personnel are recruiting a Receptionist/ Personal Assistant for a vibrant creative team in the Wakefield area.
My client is a leading business based on the outskirts of Wakefield they offer an excellent working environment and the opportunity to be part of a creative team.
As a Receptionist/PA you be working on the front desk liaising with visitors, making them feel welcome on arrival and getting them to the right person or location in our busy office.
Duties will include but are not limited to managing a busy switch board, maintaining security when new visitors arrive following check in procedure by monitoring the visitor list and issuing visitor badges where appropriate. previous experience of telecommunications systems would be a bonus.
This job would be brilliant for a friendly organised Receptionist/PA with previous experience answering phones, managing diary's & booking meeting rooms. Looking to assist a creative energetic team.

- Have booked and arranged travel, transport & accommodation

- Confident a polite in person and over the phone
