Regional HR Advisor
This role provides the opportunity to work from home reporting to their Yorkshire office (near Harrogate) as often as required. You will service the North (Glasgow to Midlands) providing a generalist HR service and an ER service to employees.
National regulated financial services client.
This is a broad and all encompassing HR position which will have a generalist foundation to include; advising reporting, strategy and the ability to influence and make things happen around policy, procedure etc, project work, engagement, management training and talent. The role will have a field based element whereby you will manage ER cases and regularly visit other sites as a means to build relationships and drive HR forward on a local basis.
The role has the potential to evolve into a HRBP position on a longer term basis. You will report into the Head of HR and you will be a key part of the HR team.
Within this role, you will work from home and get to their Yorkshire site as often as required (near Harrogate). You will be flexible to cover the North- Scotland to Warwickshire on a regular basis again to suit business needs.
- HR generalist experience and strong ER case management
- Ability to get out and about in the field
- CIPD qualified
