Job Details
I am working with an International well-known organisation based who are looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join their team for 3 month fixed term contract to start in September. As a Workforce Planning Analyst your role will involve workforce modelling and complex analysis and model building, whilst also collaborating and consulting effectively across head office and operations teams.
The successful candidate will have exceptional Excel and VBA skills, will have strong experience reporting and building insight from data relating to HR activity and will be a confident communicator. You will have experience working with senior stakeholders and manage well working in ambiguous and ever changing environments.
