My client, a well known UK based organisation based south of London, is looking for an experienced Reward 'all rounder' to join up with the current Reward team, who are in a very exciting period of transition.
The role itself will act as a no.2 to an experienced Reward Director who is leading a challenging but very rewarding change agenda within an organisation that has significant backing from the exec board. The role itself will include 3 direct reports, and will be a key driver in a signifiant rejuvenation of the Reward offering for one of the UKs most well known brands.
The successful candidate must posses the following skills;
- A strong background within several broad based Reward positions
- Experience within Compensation, Benefits, and ideally some experience in dealing with unions.
- The ability to operate in an environment going through a significant period of change.
