Your new role
As part of a Global HR Operations transformation and improvement plan, you will support a variety of HR projects including data accuracy and governance as well as HR reporting and HRIS capability to enhance data and insight culture across the business. You will be responsible for supporting the Project lead and Project manager in documenting data definitions for data elements, reporting and analytics requirements, and role based permissions as well as requirement gathering for the People analytics and insight pillar within the Global HR Operation transformation programme. You will be responsible for documenting data lineage of data elements within SuccessFactors' employee central module as well as document user guides for the use of the People reporting dashboard to enhance employee and manager self-service.


What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have worked for a Global matrix business where you will have lead and presented back on data and insights - making the results easily digestible and accessible. Strong HR related experience and comprehensive understanding of HR processes required. You will have experience of using Successfactors to maintain and obtain a variety of HR reports and data. You will have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, facilitation skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of business and HR stakeholders. The ability to tell a story with data, through both compelling narrative and impactful visuals as well as being an expert with common data tools e.g. Microsoft Excel (VBA, SQL would be an advantage) and experience with modern BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlickview, Tableau) and statistical tools and methodology (R, Python, Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling) would be highly advantageous. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to a contract until the end of the year.
