About the company
Ashley Kate are delighted to be working alongside a leading life science employer in their search for a full time, permanent HR Systems Advisor. This role is to be based back in the office from January 2021 which is located 3 miles south of Twickenham. Where they are located offers easy access to parking and is a stone’s throw from the local high street so it's a fantastic location for people in the local area.

About the role
This is an exciting and important role within the business where you will support the HR systems team, drive core processes, promote continuous improvement in the way the business uses HR systems, maximise productivity and inspiring customer confidence.
You main day to day duties will include –

Act as the first point of contact to resolve service desk tickets for HR Systems
Maintain an outstanding SLA score for HR Systems
Design and maintain reports on HR Operations and HR Systems.
Design and maintain work instructions and deliver training for HR team
Assist with delivery of HR Systems projects and Continuous Improvement
Producing ad hoc HR reports for team members

About you
To be suitable for this role you will need to possess the following skills/experience –

HR systems and service desk ticketing systems experience (Essential)
Previous use of HRIS or similar is essential
Excellent analytical skills with expert capability in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experienced HR administrator supporting all aspects of HR processes
High degree of accuracy and numeracy with the ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
Excellent planning skills
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Proactive enthusiastic attitude and demonstrable commitment
Ability to resolve complex HR problems and make timely decisions
High degree of computer literacy including. Experience of using IFS/Saba/SharePoint desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
