Job Details
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional with experience managing TUPE processes from start to finish, to join a growing business on a temporary basis for at least 3 months, based in Hatfield.
Client Details
The client is a market leader based in Hatfield, who are experiencing significant growth at the moment. Therefore the HR Director is looking to appoint someone to join their team ASAP in Hatfield, to assist with generalist HR duties, in particular managing TUPE consultations with clients and candidates, as well as complex Employee Relations cases. Candidates must have experience managing tupe processes (incoming and outgoing) from start to end.
Description
HR Generalist duties, in particular managing complex Employee Relations cases and Tupe processes - including consultations with clients, employees, administration etc.
Profile
The successful candidate will be immediately available, live locally to Hatfield and be a car driver. They will also have full confidence in managing Tupe and ER processes for a large employee base.
