Learning and Development Officer
Page Personnel are working with a company within financial services in Manchester. They are seeking a Learning and Development Officer to assist with the full L&D cycle and deliver training across the board.
Our client are a well-established and recognised company within financial services. Their offices in Manchester are home to a passionate and professional team who are experiencing exciting growth. They are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Officer to involve the full training and development cycle.
The key responsibilities for the Learning and Development Officer are supporting the L&D Manager, working closely with stakeholders to establish needs, designing and delivering courses to employees at all levels, organising training materials, managing budgets, conducting follow-up surveys and feedback meetings. The role is based in Manchester.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- experience in a similar 360 role
- knowledge of the full L&D life cycle
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- computer literacy with MS Office
- background in financial services is desired but not essential
