Newly created HR Manager role Leeds base but with generous WFH options 4 or 5 days per week available

This is a varied generalist role reporting in to the Head of HR and supported by a HR Administrator.
Your remit will be extremely varied including ER casework, reviewing policies & procedures , supporting Managers with recruitment , L&D and being integral in a culture change that has already begun.
You will offer support to Managers and staff at all levels and also contribute to the strategic direction of HR for the organisation.

What you'll get in return
This role is available on a 4 or 5 day basis.
Working from home - the organisation supports this model
27,5 days holidays plus bank holidays.
