Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
We have an exciting opportunity to join the HR team to play a key role in the transformation of Homes and Landlord Services (MFT).
As part of the programme’s HR work-stream, our HR Consultants play a key role in delivering the workforce and people management aspects of the programme. The MFT programme aims to ‘Become a world-class housing and landlord service; a service that meets the needs of our residents; a great place to work and one which has equality and diversity at its heart’.
Who are you?
As an experienced HR practitioner, you will have led on transformation and redesign, providing expert advice on HR strategy and interventions, and a range of complex HR issues. In this role you will coach and advise on HR change management processes and best practice, including consultation, engagement, communication, job design, job evaluation as well as individual employee relations cases.
We are looking for a candidate who can build credible, positive and effective relationships with service leaders, managers, trade unions, HR colleagues and peers, and is able to work autonomously but effectively as part of a supportive team.
