My client are a growing Asset Management and Investment firm based in the City of London who are looking for an enthusiastic and competent Office Manager and PA to join their growing team!
Description
The key responsibilities for the Office Manager and PA will be varied day to day and offer a great opportunity to develop skills out of the ordinary PA role! Other things this role will encompass will include:
- Finance duties (raising PO's, Invoice processing, expenses)
- Compliance administration
- Assisting with documents for companies house
- Diary management
- Travel Arrangements
- Project work on events
- General Administration
Profile
The successful candidate for the Office Manager and PA will be familiar with the duties listed and have worked in Financial Services (Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking etc). The role will be very busy so the candidate for this role will need to be proactive, be able to work as part of friendly team and have the drive to succeed!
Job Offer
The role on offer to the candidate is a full time Office Manager and PA role based in the city which will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to develop their own skills and be part of a successful team. The salary is starting from £35,000 and comes with a generous bonus and benefits package.
