This role will provide a true generalist offering, supporting approximately 450 employees in the UK as well as HR operations in Russia and the Netherlands.
You will need to be able to hit the ground running, enjoy leading a busy HR team and supporting more junior colleagues with operational activities.
Demonstrable experience with recruitment, employee relations and compensation and benefits is important for the success of this role!
