Job Details
This role will provide a true generalist offering, supporting approximately 450 employees in the UK as well as HR operations in Russia and the Netherlands.
You will need to be able to hit the ground running, enjoy leading a busy HR team and supporting more junior colleagues with operational activities.
Demonstrable experience with digital transformation, change management and HRIS would be ideal.

Description
- Lead HR operations for the UK, Russia and Netherlands.
- Lead the local HR team (1 HR Business Partner, 2 HR Assistants, Team Administrator)
- Support functional line managers with all aspects of people management. Lead on employee relations cases, manage recruitment, act as business partner for several functions.
- Responsible for compliance with employment legislation and submission of all regulatory submissions.
- Manage local providers for country-specific services (such as payroll, occupational health, salary surveys, benefits, insurance etc).
- Oversee local design, administration, revision and delivery of country level benefits plans.
- Responsible for budgeting and stewardship of HR fixed costs within the relevant countries.
- Actively review HR policies, procedures and practices in line with digitisation, simplification and automation opportunities and in support of our desired employee experience.
Profile
This role would suit someone who can bring experience of leading a small HR team (1 or 2) and is looking to take the next step.
Ideally you will have experience of digital transformation, rolling out an HRIS or leading some sort of technical project or system integration.
You will have an inherent ability to drive change, and be able to display proven success in driving a transformation programme from inception to completion.
