Customer Care Executive
My Client is looking for a customer care advisor who has experience using both Zendesk and Shopify. The role will include responding to emails, live chat and telephone enquiries with only one day a week required in the office.
My client are a growing and exciting retail company based in the heart of London. Over the last five years they have expanded their team massively and are now one of the largest retail companies within their sector.
- Answering telephone enquiries and complaints
- Answering emails and replying to Live Chat
- Offering customer advise and help
- Guiding customers in their purchases
- Knowledge of Shopify is compulsory
- Knowledge of Zendesk is compulsory
- Experience within the Retail Sector
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous Experience in E-commerce
