Job Details
Morgan McKinley is working with a brilliant financial institution to find a Global Reward Manager on a 1 year FTC basis.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the compensation and benefits framework, in line with the parent companies' goals
- Ensure the business is competitive in its ability to hire and retain the best talent
- Drive complex pay and bonus processes in different countries
- Supply Benchmarking to the Business
- Provide final recommendations to the Remuneration Committee.
- Manage Reward Governance and Compliance, delivering an annual reward regulatory framework.
- Overseeing global (EMEA & APAC) reward regulatory requirements
- Managing and administering the Deferred Compensation Scheme
- Manage Annual Performance Shares process
Personal Specification
- Experience of delivering on complex reward strategies within Financial Services.
- Managing and administering the Deferred Compensation Scheme
- Manage Annual Performance Shares process
- Strong Benchmarking experience within Financial Services.
- Experience operating at a Global Level
Desired Skills:
