HR Advisor 12 month contract based in High Wycombe
Your new role
Working within an established business based in High Wycombe, you will be part of a wider finance team offering support to a diverse client base.
The main aspects of this role will involve acting as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers providing advice and guidance and escalating where appropriate. You will be responsible for the administration of all employee changes and processes and manage the end to end recruitment process.
Other areas of focus will include assisting in grievance and disciplinary cases, running and actioning reports from the HR system and providing support on HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as a HR Generalist, ideally studying for or having completed CIPD level 3/5. You will be able to provide first line advice, escalating where appropriate.
