Our financial services client is recruiting a Learning and Development Specialist to join their growing team in Brighton.
Your new role
As an L&D specialist you will be working closely with specific department trainers across the company to coach and support them to design and deliver exceptional training to all new starters and current employees.
You will also be responsible for:
- Developing a flexible and multi-skilled training team
- Lead a review of the L&D curriculum
- Develop all aspects of the training cycle
- Develop mechanisms to produce learner and training records and enable reporting on L&D metrics and team objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have a CIPD qualification or equivalent plus experience within the L&D specialism. Knowledge or working with a customer service team would be preferable.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £30,000, depending on experience, plus flexible working, a civil service pension, 25 days annual leave, bonus and development opportunities.
