This is a fast paced and progressive (130 headcount) manufacturing business seeking a skilled HR professional to join the business on a development journey and partnering with the organisation through HR change and progression.
Your new role
Reporting into the Site Manager you will partner with the organisation around all HR operations, development of policies and procedures, recruitment and on-boarding, development of line management capabilities, development of training and internal systems to support the growth. Other responsibilities will include all union negotiations, performance management, development of people plans across the business, HR system development and partnering with the Site Manager around developing positive behaviours and driving culture.
What you'll need to succeed
HR experience in a diverse operational role
Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
Excellent policy development exposure
Strong stakeholder management experience
Ideally Level 5 CIPD qualified
