Talent Attraction Manager
The role of Talent Attraction Manager will provide professional support to the senior managers within the organisation. You should be confident with the creation of partnerships, promoting succession planning and leading on the EDI strategy within recruitment.
Our client sits within the Higher Education industry and requires somebody with a commercial background who can add value to this establishment. Due to the nature of the organisation, they need somebody innovative and practical with their solutions.
Key responsibilities for the role of Talent Attraction Manager include:
Define and manage the end to end business processes
Devise the approach for entire recruitment life cycle for all staff
Support for workforce planning
Build strong relationships by partnering with senior managers
Lead and advise on the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy
Lead, manage and develop recruitment activity to provide quality customer focused support services
Work closely with the L&D, HRBPs, and operational HR team
Manager and develop 1 direct report
The successful candidate should be approachable, forward thinking, eager for change and solutions focused! This role requires a really strong communicator who can make some important changes.
You should have a strong commercial background and be confident in the creation and implementation of an internal recruitment strategy. This should be partnered with experience working on a recruitment strategy where Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is at the forefront.
The organisation prides itself on retention and opportunity so you should have demonstrable experience of processes that have helped this.
Due to the nature of the organisation, you should be from a HR background and have a HR qualification (CIPD - Level 7) or exceptionally, equivalent experience. A HR degree or equivalent relevant degree/qualification.
The position of Talent Attraction Manager is a crucial role and really allows for the person to be autonomous in their working style and take the lead on what needs to change to make the recruitment processes better.
