Your new role
In a nutshell, this role will involve providing business development services to a portfolio of companies who wish to outsource this service including lead generation, account management and market research.You will also be responsible for selling a broader range of services to both new and existing clients. Your combined day to day duties will include:

  • Market research
  • Sourcing and reaching out to new customers
  • Account management and building strong customer relationships
  • Ensuring up to date CRM/pipeline data
  • Providing sales reports and other general admin
  • Travelling to meet with clients in London and the South East region
  • Writing sales strategies
  • Use of Microsoft Office and Abobe InDesign

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you must have at least 2 years' experience in B2B sales (ideally in the construction industry) with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written resulting in stand-out presentation skills. You will have experience in building strong working relationships with clients at director level and will also boast strong commercial knowledge. Your customer-centric attitude will be the driver in your success and it would be highly beneficial to your application if you have experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you drive and have access to your own vehicle.

What you'll get in return

This is a full-time and permanent position with a base salary of £30-£40k per annum plus a highly competitive commission structure. Full details of this will be discussed upon successful application.
