A Recruitment Advisor to join an established retail group on a 9 Month FTC in Portsmouth.

My client are an established retail group with a number of successful businesses within their brand.
Your new role
My client are keen to add an experienced Recruitment Advisor to their talented Recruitment Team on a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) till June 2021 to cover maternity leave. You will recruit for 2 key parts of the business including a variety of Head Office roles (Portsmouth).
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will work from home 3 days/week and in the office 2 days/week (please be aware this may change). Please note that interviews will take place remotely via Microsoft Teams.
Working hours: 39/week, Monday-Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience of in-house / internal recruitment, but agency will be considered too.
Broader responsibility will include supporting with updates on the company ATS, social media advertising and key projects, so knowledge of these areas will be an advantage.
This position is to cover maternity leave, so an immediate start is preferred.
What you'll get in return
A market-led salary between £27,000-£30,000 FTE (pro-rata'd to 9 Months).
