Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global professional services firm who have an opportunity for a Senior HRIS and Reporting Analyst to join their London team.Reporting into the Head of HRIS you will have a number of responsibilities including:Working with senior stakeholders to analyse needs and solve problemsBuilding and designing reports and dashboards and simplifying reporting across the businessChallenge the business with the data gathered in order to improve processes and performanceSupport with any upgrades, including designing and testing of the HRISWorking on ad hoc projectsWe are looking for someone who has a strong background in HR data analytics, is highly competent using HR systems and has experience working within professional services.To be considered, please apply accordingly.
